RUSTIC CABIN RENTALS

Check-In for ALL Rental Units is 3:00pm. Check-Out for ALL Rental Units is 11:00am.
**No Check-Ins after 10:00pm.

Rental Units
Rates are based upon one family: 2 Adults and their children.  Each additional adult (18 and over) is $7.00/night.  All rates are per night and do not include sales tax or Resort Fee.  No smoking or pets are permitted inside any rental unit.  No pets are permitted on any rental site. No tents on any rental site.  No cooking in Rustic Cabins.  Check-in time is 3:00 PM.  Check-out time is 11:00 AM.  No check-ins after 10:00 PM.  Early arrival / Late Departure if available: half day rate.  Security Deposit Hold Required at Check-In.

PREMIER COTTAGES:
Completely furnished, with dishes, pots & pans, utensils and cable TV supplied. Includes heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans, porch, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms & a full bathroom. Outside fire ring, picnic table and grill.
Linens & Towels are NOT provided.  You must bring your own bed linens and towels, or you may rent them from us for a $25.00 per weekend fee.
Sleeps 6 – 8.

RUSTIC CABINS:
One room or two rooms. Each cabin has a ceiling fan/light, 1 electric outlet, cable TV hookup, fire ring, covered porch, picnic table and outside water faucet.  Rentals do not include linens, coolers, cookware, etc.  No cooking allowed in cabins.
Must bring your own bed linens and towels.
No cooking in the Rustic Cabins.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations accepted for a 2 night minimum. Payment in full required at time of reservation. Holidays or special weekends require payment in full for all nights. Reservations will not be held without deposit. We require payment in full upon booking and do not accept personal checks. Visa, Mastercard, & Discover are accepted.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
21 days prior to reservation start date: Full refund less a $25.00 processing fee (per site), or rain check.
8-20 days prior to reservation start date: Rain check only, less $10.00 processing fee.
Less than 8 days: No Refund / No Rain check
**Refunds are not given due to inclement weather.**

One room, sleeps 4 (maximum)

Cottage 4 (Winterized Three Room): Sleeps 8 $188.50 per night Holidays: $199.10 Three rooms (two bedrooms) with bath, shower, 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed, kitchen/dining area, including refrigerator/freezer, stove, heat and a/c, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and TV.
Cottages: 5,10, 11, 12 & H Sleeps 6 (5 Units Available) $172.60 per night Holidays $183.20 Premium Cottages have two bedrooms with a full bath. Our six person unit has two double size beds and a sofa sleeper. This beautiful cottage also includes a full service kitchen, stovetop, toaster, coffee pot, and microwave, dishes and silverware service for 6 people. Also included is an indoor electric fireplace, cable TV, AC/Heat, screened front porch, outdoor grill, and picnic table.
Cottages: 6, 7, 8 & 9 Sleeps 8 (4 Units Available) $172.60 per night Holidays $183.20 Premium Cottages have two bedrooms with a full bath. The eight person cottage has one double size bed, two sets of bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. This beautiful cottage also includes a full service kitchen, stovetop, toaster, coffee pot, and microwave, dishes and silverware service for 6 or 8 people. Also included is an indoor electric fireplace, cable TV, AC/Heat, outdoor grill, and picnic table.

Also includes TV with cable, AC/Heat outdoor grill, picnic table and fire pit.  Cottage 3 Sleeps 6 (Maximum 8) $172.60 per night Holidays $183.20 Equipped similar to Cottages 1&2 double bed and sleeper sofa in the same room and a bunk room to sleep four, fully equipped kitchen including stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and bath with standing shower. Also includes TV with cable, AC/Heat, outside grill, pinic table and fire pit.
SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED IN RENTAL UNITS OR ON RENTAL UNIT SITES. 2 night minimum required on regular weekends and 3 nights required for Holiday Weekends.
