Reservations Guidelines:
Reservations accepted for a 2 night minimum.
Balance must be paid by cash or credit card.
Personal Checks cannot be accepted as a payment for a reservation.
For a monthly stay one week is required up front and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Good Sam and AAA discounts are not given on holiday or special event weekends.
***PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION***
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
21 days prior to reservation start date: Full refund less a $25.00 processing fee (per site), or rain check.
8-20 days prior to reservation start date: Rain check only, less $10.00 processing fee.
Less than 8 days: No Refund / No Rain check
**Refunds are not given due to inclement weather.**
*Seasonal and Annual rents are not refunded after start of season.
Terms of use for Rain checks:
*Equal to value of the original payment, not the length of stay
*Re-booking is subject to availability
*May only be used once
*Non-transferable
*Good for a 12 month period
*Excludes holidays, holiday weekends and special events
Visitors: Visitor Fee $6/day. A visitor is anyone who was not with you at the time of registration. Please inform your guests that this fee is required for entry. All visitors must register upon arrival, obtain a visitor's pass, and depart by 10:45PM. Please advise your visitors to leave their pets at home. Campers are responsible for their visitors and guests.
